Here
is a collection of TV appearances during 2005 of Coldplay
performing their singles Speed of Sound, Fix You and Talk
and a selection of others from their 3rd album X&Y.
During their appearance of The Jonathon Ross show, In the
middle of Speed Of Sound, Chris Martin sings during
an instrumental break, "A-Ding, ding ding ding ding....etc".
Jonathon Ross says, "I especially liked the bit in the
middle - that was really a catchy bit".
They
come back later in the show to play two numbers together,
In My Place and from the new album Fix You.
Chris sings a bit of the "Ding - Ding" again in
the middle of In My Place, and at the end of Fix You.

Jonathon
Ross introduces "I think it's just about, the greatest
band in the country right now", and then says, "you're
almost as good as the Crazy Frog!", referring to the
animated cartoon music / ringtone that beat them to number
1 in the singles chart. "Ring - ding - ding - ding -
ding - ding - ding .... Yellow".
