COPYRIGHT LAWS:
If someone has copyrighted work, another person does not have
the right to copy it or to produce a derivative work based on
it, without permission from the copyright holder. Electronic sampling
is also considered a violation of the law. An exception to the
copyright law, the "Fair Use Doctrine" (U.S.C.A. 17 Sect. 107),
allows copyrighted material to be used in a reasonable manner,
without the owners consent, for such purposes as criticism, comment,
and research. Non-profit exhibition of copyrighted works, in a
general sense, is not unlawful, and is typically exempt from legal
recourse. These recordings are not copyrighted, and are in no
way intended to compete with the professional recording industry.
I HAVE NO INTEREST WHATSOEVER IN MAKING ANY PERSONALLY PROFIT
(MONETARY OR OTHERWISE) FROM THIS ENTERPRISE, BUT ONLY WANT TO
COLLECT MORE 'RARE' AUDIO & VIDEO RECORDINGS AS A HOBBY.
My lists are compiled as a guide to understanding, examining and
chronicling actual concert recordings and to serve as a reference
to other fans and collectors of such material. The purpose of
which is to document the history of various bands and artists.
These lists are intended for use by other fans and biographers
and contact and exchange in a non-profit manner is encouraged.
Special thanks to donkyFliPs Trading Rules which have been used
as a basis for the above.

I'm now only interested in trading
using High Quality CDs or DVD. I'm no longer interested
in using Cassettes, as they are now long out of date, and of inferior
quality. The only exception is if it is extremely rare, in which
case, I'll get it re-mastered and put onto CD. This mainly applies
to Pink Floyd and related recordings, as I am always interested
in personally recorded items that are not in general circulation
or available on Torrent sites.
Please note that under no circumstances
do I sell any of the recordings in this website.
Warning:
Sometimes it can take me a while before getting round to replying
to emails, I do get very busy at times, and tired. So if I don't
reply straight away or there is a delay it's because I just haven't
had the time. With having such an extensive collection it is becoming
increasingly difficult to find items of interest. I don't want
to collect recordings just for the sake of owning them, I need
to have time to listen or watch everything I get, and sometimes
it takes all my time to play recordings and update this website.
Quality is critical nowadays especially when it's not related
to Pink Floyd. There is so much out there, I only want the absolute
best. If all you want is one or two recordings then I can consider
doing a B&P trade,so as not to deprive you of my recordings
if you cannot get them from any other source.

1. 1:1 trades only.
2. Strictly no MP3 sourced material.
3. When copying audio discs, only use DAO system (Disc At
Once - no gaps between tracks).
4. For trades please ONLY use high quality brands
like Kodak, TDK, Sony, Philips, Hewlett-Packard, Panasonic, Maxell,
Benq etc.
5. If I exchange with you for the first time, you send first.
6. If CDR/DVD is broken I will replace it soon or in the next trade.
7. I don't send discs in perspex cases. I send always send discs
in plastic or paper sleeves. (IE Low Postage costs).
8. If you have any question, feel free to ask. |
|
And Finally:
Try to keep the packages
small to reduce postage costs. (I'll do the same).
I can sometimes use DVDs to hold several shows in WAV, SHN or
FLAC format, this means sometimes you can send maybe 5 or 6 shows
on one DVD data disc instead of sending a large package of discs.
Do not cut songs, unless you start it from the beginning on the
next disc. If a song is cut on your copy, and it's therefore unavoidable,
that's ok, but please tell me.
Email me once you've sent the discs, I'll do the same. As well
as once you've received the discs.
