This looks better
than the version on the HRV (Harvested) anthology, now with
higher bitrate and lossless audio and even a menu put together
with TMPGEnc. The audio is LPCM. Watching this on my 24"
widescreen TV the picture looks fantastic, I cannot image
it getting any better than this. The performance of Set
The Controls reminds me of the Live At Pompeii performance
especially with the special effects of flowing lava.
These video clips have been in circulation, and are on the
Harvested DVD Pink Floyd Video Anthology. This DVD is sourced
from the video provided to media outlets to promote Echoes:The
Best of Pink Floyd. The colour is improved from previous
sources, and these clips were extracted at a high bitrate
with lpcm lossless audio. This is the best possible source
for these amazing professionally shot sequences, absent
from an official DVD release.
