nice nice... great upgrade, the sound is damn good!!! this recorder 2 sounds very good. There's an inner cut in U&T and Echoes, the first part of OoTD is missing, and Set The Controls cuts out at 11 minutes. Performance is very good too, some mistakes but lots of jams, really good. recommended, i guess this one will become one of my favourite 1972 shows... (from Luis notes)

This recording has now been remastered/repaired, joining together the two parts of Careful with that axe Eugene and Any Colour You Like seamlessly so that you just cannot detect the joins. Tiny gaps, clicks and a few nasty microphone noises have been removed or toned down and indexing has been corrected in the DSOTM set, and finally several joins repaired within Set The Controls, and it now fades out at the end. There are still some faults with the sound going funny which are beyond repair. The volume levels were very low, so I boosted them by about 5db, and slightly reduced the hiss without creating any adverse effects.

Note that Set The Controls had about 40 seconds repeated 5 times at the end, which is why this version is now considerably shorter.
