Pink Floyd
"Alan's Psychedelic Master Tape"
Sheffield City Hall 22nd Dec 1970

This is an exceptionally clear recording of a very unique concert, in that it features the only known live recording of Alan's Psychedelic Breakfast. Recently upgraded from a Master recording, I have now digitally remastered this, editing slightly to remove bad edits and gaps. This version is much more complete than before with more of the tunings between songs and most important it is at the correct speed. The version of Set The Controls is superb but unfortunately cuts short, this now fades out.

After careful consideration I have reduced the hiss very slightly (Light setting), which makes it have a much clearer sound, and there are no artifacts (digital noise etc) to be heard. After Alans Psychedelic Breakfast it gets very interesting, where Roger is getting quite annoyed with Dave; "... It's OK Dave I mean it's no hurry, and it's only five past eight, I mean we only started at half past seven, I mean we have done one number.... I mean you take as much time as you want mate, I mean don't mind me standing here, you carry on..."
