This is taken from the Master
tapes, the recording levels appear to be lower than on the
"Sing to me Cymbaline" version, but playing this
on the speakers, there is only slight hiss, and everything
sounds very clear. Careful With that axe Eugene fades
out and then back in due to some problem with the tapes.
There are some quite interesting versions of songs performed
here, especially Atom Heart Mother and Cymbaline,
however Interstellar Overdrive is missing from this
version. During the performance of "Eugene" someone
in the audience screams near the beginning and Roger says
in an echoey voice "We've not got to that bit yet"!

Remastering
Notes (TS Source):
AHM previously contained 3:28 from a
different source/show. This is now removed with the resulting
join cross-fade edited together, so that now AHM is all from
the Master source.
Interstellar Overdrive is taken from a different source ("Sing
To Me Cymbaline") and is added after AHM to complete
the full show. Although this track is not from the master
it is still very good audio and an excellent highlight to
the recording. |
