11th April 1970

Many years ago I used to have this show, but in much poorer quality, which got thrown away on one of my clearouts of recordings that were inferior. I remember this concert in particular because of the conversations between the taper and a girl he was chatting to. The quality of this recording is very clear, and sounds as though it must be a low generation, possibly even 1st gen or Master. The highlight of the recording is with Set the Controls where the sound is awesome, the high frequencies get almost ear pierceing, and crystal clear. The conversations with the taper are mainly during the tunings in between the songs, and don't distract too much from the music.

Disc 1:
1. Astonomy Domine (10.53)
2. Careful with that axe, Eugene (11.03)
3. Cymbaline (12.09)
4. The Amazing Pudding (14.55)
5. Set The Controls For The Heart Of The Sun (14.52)
6. Saucerful of Secrets (incomplete - fades out) (9.19)
