Pink Floyd
Royal Albert Hall, Kensington, London, UK,
26th June 1969

This is based on the CD "The Massed Gadgets of Auximines" on Highland Records released in 1999. I have now re-mastered this recording removing excessive hiss, making it a much clearer recording now.

Note, many of these songs were released separately under different titles which I have put in parentheses below. The version of Saucerful of Secrets is like I have never heard before with Brass and Choir as used on the later piece Atom Heart Mother. The Brass is from the Royal Philharmonic and Voices are from the ladies of the Ealing Central Amateur Choir. Unfortunately the beginning of "The Man" and the encore "Set the Controls" are missing from this recording.

Track Details:

The Man:

1. Afternoon (Biding My Time)
2. Doing It (Grand Viziers Party Sequence)
3. Sleeping (Quicksilver)
4. Nightmare (Cymbaline)
5. Daybreak (Reprise)
6. Grantchester Meadows?

The Journey:
7. The Beginning (Green is the Colour) - problems with sound
8. Beset by the Creatures of the Deep (Careful with that axe, Eugene)
9. The Narrow Way (Part 3)
10. The Pink Jungle (Pow R Toc H)
11. The Labyrinths of Auximines / Nightmare (Walking Sequence)
12. Behold the Temple of Light (Narrow Way Part 1)
13. The End of the Beginning (Saucerful of Secrets with Brass Section and Choir)
