The first piece of music that was performed has been officially released on CD2 of Jubilee Edition. Therefore this CD is the remainder of the concert that remains unreleased. The first piece comes from 2 sources which have been seamlessly joined together, mainly because my original recording of this concert got accidentally over-written at the beginning, was better quality than the source of a complete show recently obtained.
